I have rented an inflatable for my son's birthday 3 years in a row now, and every time people ask about how expensive it is and how easy. I am always happy to reccomend Party on Air! Having one of these makes every party super fun for the kids and very low effort for the adults. I love that we can have it all day long. This year I even got a phone call asking if we'd like to upgrade and try something new instead of a repeat of what we had last year. I can harldy wait for next year!

Coordinating the rental was very easy as far as phone calls with any questions and also paying/reviewing the contract online. The worker that setup and took down the inflatable was friendly and made a neat job of what he had to do. The booking of the rental was incredibly easy. All information was provided in a simple way, thru email. I received a text and phone call about set up time. It was accurate. Our daughter had a birthday we rented a bounce house but it was supposed to storm the whole day. So I called to talk to someone to see what my options were. This s was a surprise for our grandchildren. We have two grandchildren and their parents that live in South Dakota, their dad has been deployed to Saudi Arabia and was expected to r turn in April. Due to the pandemic ,he was unable to Return home until July and then had to quarantine and receive clearance to come home to Kentucky. So with all of these things done and cleared we wanted to do something special, with the virus we can't travel or do amusement parks or other, so we decided to rent a water slide. It was a perfect day of family, food and fun and let me assure you it can never be recreated , a perfect day, I had a great time just watching and listening to the laughter and squeals!!! Joe and Ashley were very patient with us as we started shopping around for activities to offer during our event. We had never tried something like this, so we had a lot of changes and tweaks from the original plan. Even though in the end we ended scaling our rental back significantly, they still treated us as though we were spending a small fortune with them. Their rentals were clean, nice and well kept. Though this was primarily a car event, there was not a time that I walked by the games that someone was not playing on them.

I was very satisfied with everyone involved in me renting a water slide for my daughters 11th birthday! It was a huge success for the kids and they loved it! Thanks to Party on Air, my son's 8th birthday party was the smoothest and most fun party we have ever had! They were very flexible about getting us the castle when it was convenient for us, and were equally courteous with the pick up! I especially like the all day rental policy instead of a set numver of hours. For us it meant the kids had a great party and the adukts got to enjoy it too. We will definitely be keeping this in mind for next years party budget!

Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful experience for our granddaughter's birthday. You are were there when you said you would be to set up and set up was quick. When we called to let you know we were done with the birthday, you were there within 20 minutes to take it down.
